Zodiac sign: The Fish Thing

Why did you apply to JanSport?: Every other position I looked at wanted me to either cold-call people or crunch numbers. JanSport wanted me to be creative and outgoing. Who doesn’t want to get paid to meet people and host events?

Favorite movie: Good Will Hunting/Annie Hall/The Graduate/Garden State

Is Skip your homeboy? For sure, not only because he started JanSport but because he wrote “The Hippie Guide to Climbing the Corporate Latter and other Mountains” which I haven’t read yet but plan on getting to at some point. I think I’m kind of a hippie.

Favorite quote: I saw a guy at a party wearing a leather jacket and I thought, "That is cool." But then I saw another guy wearing a leather vest and I thought, "That is not cool." Then I figured it out: "Cool" is all about leather sleeves.
-Demetri Martin

What do you want to be when you grow up? I’d really like to work in advertising or PR especially in the entertainment industry. Actually, if everything worked out I’d want to be a puppeteer on Sesame Street…I’m kind of a nerd.
